After completing his articleship training with M/s Bubber Jindal & Co., he worked with M/s Luthra & Luthra Law Offices. He went on to start his independent CA practice in 1995. He specializes in the field of Valuations, GST Advisory & Assurance, Risk Advisory, Business Strategy and Financial Advisory. He has to his accord very deep business acumen and angle of entrepreneurial and proprietary review. He has a post qualification experience of 25 years in full time practice. He has wide experience in development of systems and control for operational efficiency and effectiveness. He has also designed Management Information and Reporting Systems for many companies. He has vast experience in the areas of indirect taxes, accounting standards, risk advisory and valuations. He has extensive experience of raising funds in domestic markets specializing in working capital, project finance, structured finance, M&A Financing and Capital market products. In last few years of his enterprising career, he successfully executed various assignments for Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Medical, Education, Manufacturing & Trading industries.

After completing his articleship training with PwC, he worked with M/s Luthra and Luthra Law Offices and PricewaterhouseCoopers in a direct tax advisory role. Has been associated with the firm since 2019 and specializes in tax advisory and litigations. He specializes in the fields of Audit, Income Tax, Business Strategy and Financial Advisory. He has a post qualification experience of 5 years, with experience in development of systems and controls for operational efficiency and effectiveness, handling of assessments under the Income Tax Act and has also represented various appeals before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) & Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT); he has successfully helped businesses in transition to GST and helped them with understanding the laws and its compliances. He has experience of representing the clients before GST authorities related to audit proceedings.
